A delegation of senior-level officers of the Government of Punjab, attending the 𝟑𝟗𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞
at NIPA Lahore, visited Punjab Masstransit Authority as part of their local study visit on 𝑪𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍 𝑨𝒏𝒂𝒍𝒚𝒔𝒊𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝑻𝒓𝒂𝒇𝒇𝒊𝒄 𝑴𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕: 𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒏𝒈𝒆𝒔 & 𝑾𝒂𝒚 𝑭𝒐𝒓𝒘𝒂𝒓𝒅.4
Activities included a visit to the Transport House, followed by a visit to PMA Head Office at Arfa Software Technology Park, where 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐌𝐀, 𝐌𝐫. 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐡𝐚 𝐙𝐮𝐛𝐚𝐢𝐫, received and welcomed the officers. The delegation was briefed on PMA’s future systems through a presentation after which they visited the Command & Control Center.
The group of worthy officers later visited the depot of the Orange Line Metro Rail System located at Dera Gujran. During this visit, they received a demonstration of the driver train simulator and the automatic train washing facility.
After paying a visit to the Orange Line Command and Control Center, the worthy group had a working lunch and later proceeded to Dera Gujran Station for a train ride up to Anarkali Station. Upon alighting, the group also experienced a ride on a recently procured EV bus deployed to escort the group back to NIPA.
